After their smashingly successful Midnight in Paris party, I should have expected Seth Greenburg and Henry Stimler to throw a party worthy of James Bond himself to be in attendance.
On Saturday, January 26th, hundreds of hot and hip young professional decked out in their finest black tie or Bond-worthy costumes feted the 50th Anniversary of James Bond at the iconic Capitale event space.
Definitely worthy of its Casino Royale name, all the beautiful people in attendance enjoyed playing casino games and 007 themed drinks throughout the evening to benefit the Tunnel to Towers Hurricane Sandy relief efforts. Stimler’s restaurant, Jezebel provided the Bond bites along with Baked by Melissa.
The only long line of the evening? The wait to have your tarot cards read. Attendees couldn’t help but oogle the goldenized Bond Girls providing 3-D artwork while a live symphony orchestra entertained guests with the best of Bond’s soundtracks.
After Stimler feted his birthday with a cake presented by the Golden Bond Girls, the hospitality duo kept partiers on their toes by transforming the space into a dance club after 12:30am when internationally renowned DJ Antonio De Angelis of Pacha Ibiza took the stage to spin some serious hits.
Be sure to follow @HenryStimler for breaking news on his future events, since they will induce a serious case of FOMO if you miss his great theme parties.
