While a few are already sold out, there are still a slew of great events ripe for the picking. Here are a few of our favorites that we’re excited to join in on.
Smell the Rainbow: An Exploration of the Color of Flavor
Saturday, 5/10 – 1:00 pm @ Middle Branch – $60
We are obsessed with Middle Branch and all their delicious cocktails, and for MCC they are teaming up with Dipsology.com, an online community and curated guide to noteworthy cocktail destinations.
The interactive seminar will allow you to explore the relationship between smell and taste. Join for an afternoon of fantastic cocktails, fun games, and great company, like Middle Branch’s Managing Partner Lucinda Sterling and Education Coordinator for St. George Spirits Andie Ferman.
I’ll Take Manhattans: The History and Origins of Aromatic Bitters

Do you know what bitters are and how to expertly incorporate them into your cocktails? Neither do we.
Get a lesson from the James Beard Award-winning mixologist and author Dale DeGroff for a presentation on the origins and history of aromatic bitters were you will learn about the key botanicals and spices found in bitters. Artesian Versus Dead Rabbit

Dead Rabbit is one of the most revered cocktail bars in recent history, so it’s no wonder that the best of the best bartenders make a showing here.
Booze-slingers Artesian in London’s Alex “The Beast from the East” Kratena and “Psycho” Simone Caporale will go mix for mix and shake for shake with the Dead Rabbit’s Jack “The Lad” McGarry and Bobby “The Edinburgh Assassin” Hiddleston. A Deliciously Decadent Afternoon of Chocolate and Cocktails

Need a little sweetness to go with that booze? Jonathan Pogash “The Cocktail Guru” and Johnny Iuzzini team up to give you a walk-around tasting of chocolates and the cocktails they pair well with. While we will refrain from devouring every piece of chocolate in front of us, guests will have a chance to taste through a selection of bespoke desserts made by NYC’s premier chocolatiers and pastry chefs, each paired with a complementary spirit.
