On December 9, 2014, over 250 young professionals gathered at the W Hotel in Boston to help the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) New England chapter honor Dana Benjamin and Eric Wolkoff with the 2014 Krupp Leadership Award at the annual Young Leadership Celebration.
Founded in 1913, the ADL is the world’s leading organization fighting anti-Semitism and hate through programs and services that counteract hatred, prejudice, and bigotry. The Krupp Leadership Award is given to community members who demonstrate outstanding leadership and dedication on behalf of the ADL through their involvement in furthering the organization’s mission.
A room full of attractive young and mostly Jewish professionals enjoyed light fare and cocktails while bidding on raffle items prior to the honorees taking the stage. ADL Regional Director Robert Trestan lauded Dana and Eric’s work, noting “they are changing the world we live in today, and will continue to be ambassadors promoting equality and fair treatment for the years to come.”
For any young single Jewish professionals, this is a great opportunity to dance and mingle with fellow tribe members while raising funds for a really important cause.
