2017 Tales of the Cocktail International Bartender of the Year, Shingo Gokan (an Angel’s Share veteran), has teamed up with Executive Chef Yuu Shimano (previously of three Michelin-starred Guy Savoy in Paris), and sous chef Tomohiro Urata (previously of three Michelin-starred La Maison Troigros), to create courses including “Home,” which sees ‘French Fries’ (potato gratin, potato puree, potato consommé and truffle) paired with ‘Rum & Cola without Cola’ (Bacardi 8, blend of spice, citrus, clarified milk).
Certain courses will be prepared with a theatric flair in the center of the dining room for guests to behold.
