Join us for a French cuisine cooking class that is celebrating recipes from the recent published cookbook The Beautiful Story of Mont-Saint-Michel: with 88 recipes from La Mère Poulard (Editions du Chêne, 2018).
This hands-on class will be held at the Miette Culinary Studio located at 132 Mulberry Street, Suite 2D (between Grand and Hester Streets)) on October 19th at 6:30PM.
This hands-on cooking class will prepare these recipes from the book:
- Stuffed Clams
- Normandy-style rice with shrimp
- Leg of lamb with white kidney beans and sage sauce
- Cider-poached pears and vanilla ice cream
Tickets for this unique cooking experience are $125 and everyone will receive a complimentary copy of the book.
