Enjoy a grand tasting of culinary creations from over 30 of New York’s best-known chefs who will be assisted by talented C-CAP students and alumni, while sipping superb wines and cocktails. The evening will also feature a live and silent auction with once-in-a-lifetime culinary, culture, and travel packages.
C-CAP, a national nonprofit co-chaired by chef, author, and restaurateur Marcus Samuelsson and founded by culinary educator Richard Grausman, provides underserved high school students with educational and career opportunities through the culinary arts. Your support of this event is instrumental to transform lives of C-CAP students.

Eric Ripert, chef and co-owner of the acclaimed New York restaurant Le Bernardin,will be honored at C-CAP’s annual culinary event.
Brian Poplin, President and CEO of Elior North America, is the event chair, and Elior North America is the lead sponsor of the event. Over 30 of the city’s finest chefs, including Chef Chair and C-CAP Board Co-Chair Marcus Samuelsson and Michelin Star Chefs Abram Bissell, Aaron Bludorn, Daniel Boulud, Markus Glocker, Alfred Portale, and Michael White, as well as C-CAP alumni Yvan Lemoine from Gitano and The Jungle Room and Betty Peña from Rice & Gold, will provide fabulous culinary tastings at the event. Assisting the chefs will be nearly 100 New York City C-CAP high school students and alumni. The festivities will include an auction with once-in-a-lifetime culinary, culture, and travel packages. Funds raised will support C-CAP, a national non-profit that works with underserved high school students and empowers them to reach their potential through the discipline of the culinary arts.
