Our dreams have come true!!

We were so excited about Lucky Magazine’s 6th Annual Lucky Shops event, and now can rest after a long day of excessive shopping!  Oh, someone over at American Express must be having a heart attack right about now…

It was, indeed, “The Ultimate Shopping Event!”  The line to get into the Metropolitan Pavilion went all the way down almost the full avenue block.  Aisles were packed with people running to every boutique shop that was set up for each designer.  Rows and racks of clothes, bags, jewelry sunglasses, even fun home and bed decorations, were aplenty.  In the front was the “Boudoir Bar” with sexy, yet comfortable, lingerie.

For those that needed a break from the shopping madness,  Maybelline and Garnier both had make-up and styling professionals giving mini-make overs, and there was a fully stocked bar with plenty of drinks and hor d’oeuvres floating around.

Rushing to get the best selection of merchandise, us VIP shoppers on Thursday, November 5th, got the best pickings, along with a stellar gift bag PACKED with insane goodies!!  If you missed the first day of Lucky Shops yesterday, don’t you fret – there are still two more days of shopping where they will replenish all of their merchandise, so make them count!  Regular tickets are still on for Friday the 6th and Saturday the 7th, and your purchases benefit Dress for Success, so you can feel good about your splurging.
