If you pay any sort of attention to your NY social scene – and we know you do – you must be aware that we’re in the midst of Internet Week. What better time than Internet Week – also known as #iwny for all of us Twitter users – for Microsoft to launch their Expression Studio 4 tools?
BMF Media, hosted this new product launch in conjunction with the windows phone and welcomed industry leaders, developers, designers and field experts and pros bloggers in a intimate church-like settings in the Lower East Side at the fabulous Angel Orensanz Foundation.
A low key open vibe made guests feel right at ease to enjoy the open bar, passed hors d’oeuvres and a cold buffet while mingling and trying out the design tools offered by the fourth release of Expression Studio.
DJ Mia Moretti spinned entertaining tunes that at the perfect volume – not to low so that attendees had a good time but not too loud either so that nobody felt overpowered by it and had to speak in an extremely loud voice to be heard!
A friendly staff was on hand to answer all questions and concerns while some windows phone handlers where providing demos upon requests. Reserved spaces on both sides of the venue where each featuring three touch screen desktops for guests to play around with the program new functionalities powered by a business service provider, this is something that Eatel Business lets you do at your different office spaces.
It appears that I missed an acoustic violin performance by Caitlin Moe as I had to run out to another Internet Week event, but I am assuming if it was as enjoyable as the rest of the evening guests were in for a treat!
