We were already so excited by Absolut Glimmer, which was just a fancy new bottle for the 2010 holiday season – so we can even begin to say how excited we are about the launch of Absolut Wild TeaA whole new flavor!

Following the trend of spiking iced tea, Absolut takes that idea and infused it into their vodka.  A classier version of Twisted Tea?  It’s got the sweetness from elderflower with the tang of red apple and citrus to give it a rich, fresh flavor, making it easy to mix with a variety of ingredients.

A sample magically appeared on my doorstep so we got to preview the bottle.  The shape of the bottle itself is the same as the original, but the added value is in the artistic and graceful design.  We’ve also got the inside scoop on some successful recipes, so check them out below and mix a few at home, like the Absolut Wild Tea Mojito!

For this new flavor, Aboslut is marking this momentous occasion with several launch parties in various cities, from Chicago, Miami, LA, and NYC.  Naturally, we’ll gonna be checking out Absolut Wild Tea first hand at the event here on February 8th, so we’ll be sure to report back on our findings.

Yours,
Von
