Nothing is more refreshing on a balmy summer day than a pool party.  Especially when that pool is out in the Hamptons and you are sipping chilled champagne and wine and cocktails, listening to DJs thump an energetic beat.  And all in the name for charity!

Champagne for a Cause by Wine Awesomeness hosted a pool party at Solé East Resort in Montauk.  Beverage sales went to the support of Malaria No More, a non-profit organization working to make sure that every family in Africa has ready access to the tools they need to prevent, diagnose and treat malaria.

The youths of the Hamptons came out to celebrate, relax on the lounge chairs, and enjoy tracks by Steven Rojas and Citizen Cope spinning sets throughout the afternoon.

“Drink. Party. Do Good.”  With a motto like that, how were we not best friends before?
