To kick off May, Efva Attling hosted a Girl’s Night Out event with Nars Cosmetics. Socially Superlative was fortunate enough to try out the brand new, environmentally-conscious Go Green Ride for our transportation to the fete. The car service was on time for our pick up (not to mention very visible in bright green!), came equipped with an iPad so we could listen to our favorite Pandora station and the cost is comparable to a yellow cab. It was definitely better than a typical cab ride to us!

We arrived to peruse the Efva Attling jewelry, including rings adorning an expletive typically heard on the streets on New York and another one meaning, “No Fear.” Nars products in the newest spring hues were dispersed into the jewelry cases to showcase what would complement the bling. We snacked on Baked by Melissa mini cupcakes, sampled the brand new juice cleanse from Urban Remedy and got our caffeine fix from the Illy Issimo bottled iced cappuccinos.

We were then whisked upstairs for our hair appointment with Blow, the first blow dry salon in NYC. They gave us an expertly-styled blowout in no time and we were ready for a night on the town! Next to us other attendees were getting their makeup professionally done with Nars.

We didn’t leave without receiving a goodie bag stocked with products from Nars, Blow, Not Your Mother’s, The Brush Guard, Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare, Scented Co., the Ginger People and delicious cookies from Monchips.
