A night of discovery would be nothing without first being fueled by delicious food. We got to try delicious house-smoked BBQ pork sandwich samplers from Feast, butternut squash soup with crème fraiche from Chef John De Lucie of Crown, red snapper ceviche from Norman’s Cay (owners of the Grey Lady), and passed hors d’ouevres from Renaissance’s signature restaurant, Opia.
A.B. Biagi served up three flavors of ice cream: Stracciatella, Basil Pine Nut and Chocolate Tonka Gelato. In additional to the signature cocktails of the evening, Bluepoint Brewery served up their Seasonal Pumpkin Ale for the turning of the seasons.
