SESSION 3: THE GRAND POOBAH SESSION NOON – 9:30PM

What You Can Expect…

Both Sessions Enjoy The Following:

  • Less Crowds. Ticket prices have increased this year because we have decided to sell less tickets and make the experience more fun for our super fans. We apologize if tickets sell out quicker this year.
  • Souvenir Glass For Tastings.
  • Food Tastings from our own pit masters / chefs as well as some of NYC’s finest BBQ and southern cuisine restaurants.
  • Each session will feature a minimum of 10+ different food tasting stations including, but not limited to: o Pulled Pork BBQ – Pulled Directly From The HOG o BBQ Ribs o Brisket o Collard Greens o Baked Beans
  • In addition, to these tastings, guests are invited to purchase more of their BBQ favorites – pulled pork, ribs, briskets and any fixin’ you could imagine. We’ll keep the portions heavy and the prices low.
  • Enjoy Seminars in the Tasting Theater with Master Distillers, Brewmasters, and Pit Masters From the Deep South.
  • Listen To Live Bluegrass on The Main Stage
  • Browse brewerania, Hot sauces, and bbq accessories.
  • Enjoy Moonshine Mixes as well as other cocktail creations from our Hillbilly bartenders. Choices, choices, choices…

SESSION ONE: The Bacon Bash Tasting Session: In addition to the all of the features above, if you are a lover of the pork belly….join us for SESSION ONE. This session will feature an additional 10+ Tasting Stations featuring gourmet bacons from all over the country and local NYC restaurants serving up their favorite Bacon & Southern Dishes. As the show date nears we will list our other restaurant participants and their dishes. There will be a bacon eating contest during this session, if you can handle the SMOKE!

SESSION TWO: The Whole Hog Pig Pickin’ Session: If you can’t get enough pulled pork…join us for the second session. SESSION TWO will feature the tasting tables outlined above. In addition, guests will receive an additional dinner plate of pulled pork with two sides or fixin’s. In addition, the second session will feature a total of 4 WHOLE HOGS served off the bone from different areas of the show.
