WILD Williamsburg, the latest installment from WILD founder Miki Agrawal, quietly opened in a quaint area of BK in December.
Now that the summer is upon us, the team at Wild Williamsburg, with help from the team at Gail Schoenberg Public Relations, hosted a dinner to introduce media to the garden space and their fresh menu.
Everyone started with their choice of red or white sangria, which ended up being deceivingly strong. Wild Williamsburg’s speciality pizzas with gluten-free crust were passed around in the Local Mozzarella, Wild Mushroom Truffle, and our favorite, Pear Fig Gorgonzola varieties.
Fresh salads like the Kale Caesar Salad and Roasted Beet Salad adorned the tables. The Pan-Seared Salmon with arugula and caper sauce that they passed around was cooked perfectly. The setting of the dinner in the tranquil back garden was the icing on the cake.
Speaking of cake, it was on to dessert and we were served up gluten free treats, including our favorite gluten-free kale cupcakes.
This space and menu is perfect for the warmer weather, especially since they have a brunch menu. we’ll definitely be back.
