If you ever find yourself needing a pick-me-up before a concert or a Bruins or Celtics game at Boston’s TD Garden, head over to Cuppa Coffee for one of the best local coffee shops in town.
Their aim is to provide the best espresso-based coffees to their customers. Their shop is small, which means they really specialize in what they do and focus on delivering only the highest of quality in each cup. If you have time to hang out, they have a small counter and a few outdoor seats for people-watching, just as we did this past weekend.
Bringing a little Ausie flavor into our lives, Cuppa Coffee not only serves the highest quality of coffees, but also intoduced us to Aussie meat pies. “HUH??” you may ask. Australian (or New Zealand) meat pies are pretty much the American equivalent to pizza, and it’s pretty much exactly what you think it is. They are a hand-sized pie with largely diced or minced meat and gravy, sometimes with onion, mushrooms, and cheese. While their Aussie pie menu rotates, Cuppa Coffee serves sevaral varieties, including chicken with veggies, curry vegetables, apple pie, egg & cheese, minced meat & cheese, Shepherd’s pie, steak, Thai chicken, and bacon, egg, and cheese
If you’re tired of the same nonsense from Dunkin’ Donuts or Starbucks, refresh your love for coffee at Cuppa Coffee.
