The new Seasonal American restaurant is finally here, and at the helm is Executive Chef Aksel Theilkuhl, who trained under Laurent Tourondale at BLT. Chef Theilkuhl has perfected a menu of fresh, market-driven ingredients that will evolve with the seasons and showcase a diverse range of flavors all from local farms.
Menu standouts include Lamb Tartare, Scallops and “Chips”, and a 28 Day Dry Aged NY Strip.
