Chefs Club Studio Dinner Series with Chef Will Gilson (2)
Book your next meal at the Chefs Club by Food & Wine in Soho for their Chefs Club Studio dinners series!

Every out-of-town chef will be cooking their signature cuisine in the Studio, an intimate 16-seat dining room with a private kitchen.

In lieu of travel plans to Texas, California, Minneapolis, or Boston in the near future, these incredible multi-course meals will provide a taste of the food from those regions, prepared by recipients of Food & Wine’s Best New Chefs Award handpicked by Editor-in-Chief Dana Cowin to appear at Chefs Club.

Each dinner is $125 and roughly 8+ courses.

Paying his dues in the kitchens of culinary giants like Thomas Keller and Tom Colicchio, he opened the Michelin starred SPQR in San Francisco a few years ago and earned the distinction of Best New Chef from Food & Wine in 2014. Now he will give guests at Chefs Club a taste of his distinctly Californian take on regional Italian cuisine.

About Chefs Club by Food & Wine

Chefs Club by Food & Wine is an innovative new restaurant with locations in Aspen and Manhattan. Its mission is to showcase extraordinary signature dishes from the most talented chefs in the world, focusing on the winners of Food & Wine’s prestigious Best New Chefs award.  Every year, Food & Wine editor-in-chief Dana Cowin selects four former and current Best New Chefs to contribute recipes to the Chefs Club menu; these dishes appear alongside those by Chefs Club Culinary Director Didier Elena and Executive Chef Matthew Aita in New York City. The Soho flagship, designed by celebrated architect David Rockwell, also includes a spectacular 16-seat dining space called the Chefs Club Studio. Visiting chefs do pop-ups here throughout the year, preparing tasting menus in front of the assembled guests while sharing the story of their menu and food.
