New York City: You now have Halloween plans.
This Halloween night, there is only one place to be, as RPM announces Skrillex will headline New York’s biggest Halloween Party to date: Pier of Fear at Pier 94. On a night when the city will be crawling with masked crusaders – you can say you spent it with the real thing.
Pier of Fear is New York’s biggest Halloween Party – and this year will be even bigger than ever.
The six-time Grammy-award winning DJ helped instigate one of the largest shifts in modern American music, and shows no signs of slowing. He’s sold over 10 million singles to date, and has played over 500 shows in 35 countries in the last five years. He’s collaborated with Diplo to form the group Jack Ü, and with Boys Noize to form the group Dog Blood. There is no better pairing for the spookiest night of the year.
The anonymous Marshmello joins the lineup, with Pier of Fear marking his long awaited New York debut. Dj Sliink will bring his signature blend of Jersey/Philly/Baltimore club to the All Hallows Eve bash.
Brooklyn’s own Leikeli47 also plays – after earning a nod from Jay Z this past summer when he named her twerk-inducing anthem “F**k the Sumer Up” number one on his Tidal playlist.
Jahlil Beats is also on the bill – currently signed to Jay Z’s Roc Nation. The young star is best known for producing Meek Mill’s “Ima Boss” and “Burn”, along with Bobby Shmurda’s “Hot Ni**a”. OWSLA’s Vindata rounds up the lineup.
“Pier of Fear is known for hosting the dance music elite. We have consistently thrown the best Halloween parties in New York City, and this year is no different.” says RPM founder Eddie Dean. He continues, “As we approach our fifth year at the Pier, we’re doing it bigger and better than ever. New York is in for a real treat.”
The massive space has a warehouse vibe, plus views up, down and across the Hudson River, creating an NYC experience like no other. All RPM events feature world-class sound, lighting and effects, not to mention performances, costumes, and dancers.. from the gory to the gorgeous, joining you in the chant and on the dancefloor as we weave a musical dreamscape. Costumes, makeup and creativity are strongly encouraged, because remember – you’re part of the show too!
Could Halloween get any better? We don’t think so.
