Join us for the SEVENTH INSTALLMENT of Chelsea’s own down-home, Southern-fried, good time. Get ready to enjoy all those pleasures that true Southerners live by – Beer, Bourbon, Barbeque, Bacon, and Bluegrass! It’s a great day of beer sippin’, bourbon tastin’, music listenin’, cigar smokin’, and barbeque eatin’. Your admission buys you a sampling glass so you can enjoy an ALL-YOU-CARE –TO-TASTE sampling of beer and bourbon

All Sessions Enjoy The Following:

• Limited Access. This is an exclusive event for our super fans. Tickets are limited to 1000 guests for each session and all sessions will sell-out.
• Ticket Prices Have Remained The Same As In Previous Years.
• Souvenir Glass For Tastings.
• The first 200 Guests in line for EACH SESSION receive a FREE “COLLECTIBLE BBBQ” Bag to celebrate the show.
• Food Tastings from our own pit masters / chefs as well as some of NYC’s finest BBQ and southern cuisine restaurants.
• In addition, to these tastings, guests are invited to purchase more of their BBQ favorites – pulled pork, ribs, briskets and any fixin’ you could imagine. We’ll keep the portions heavy and the prices low.
• Enjoy Seminars in the Tasting Theater with Master Distillers, Brewmasters, and Pit Masters From the Deep South.
• Listen To an awesome DJ playing all your favorites while at the show.
• Browse brewerania, Hot sauces, and bbq accessories.
• Bacon Eating Contest! There will be a bacon eating contest during both sessions … if you can handle the SMOKE!
• The Shrine of Swine is back! Enjoy whole hog pulled pork during each session. Pork worship at its finest!

SESSION 1: Valid from Noon-4pm. Includes admission into the event, a souvenir tasting glass, unlimited samplings of beer and bourbon.

In addition to the all of the features above, if you are a certified BACON FREAK … join us for SESSION ONE. This session will feature an additional 10+ Tasting Stations featuring gourmet bacons from all over the country and local NYC restaurants serving up their favorite Bacon & Southern Dishes (food served Noon – 3pm). As the show date nears we will list our restaurant participants and their dishes.

SESSION 2: Valid from 5:30pm – 9:30pm. Includes admission into the event, a souvenir tasting glass, unlimited samplings of beer and bourbon.

If you can’t get enough bbq …join us for the second session. SESSION TWO will feature stations with many great meat choices with sides and fixin’s.

SESSION 3: Valid from Noon – 9:30pm. All guests must be 21 or over to attend this event. Includes admission into the event for both sessions for 1 person, a souvenir tasting glass, unlimited samplings of beer and bourbon, and all food tasting outlined above for each session.

This is a limited tasting offer for ONLY 75 individuals. (sorry that we can’t do more – we don’t have any more of our rare, precious 20+ year old bourbons) These lucky guests will also enjoy admission to a special tasting soiree from 4:00pm – 5:30pm. This session will feature A Master Tasting Class (classroom style) complete with a sampling s of old and rare bourbons plus MEATS upon MEATS…..pork is just your appetizer. Don’t worry – there is also Bacon, BBQ, Beer and dessert as well!

All guests must be 21 or over to attend this event.
