This 4th of July, Saxon + Parole will be opening its doors for an All-American Independence Day Extravaganza. The ticketed event ($65 / person) includes food, booze and entertainment in the form of lawn and drinking games (http://www.saxonandparole.
- Food: The Saxon + Parole kitchen, headed up by chef Brad Farmerie, will be rolling out a whole hog as well as pulled pork sliders, summer salads, backyard burgers and fries, chips and dip, corn on the cob, chili, and all kinds of pies – all you can eat.
- Booze: Boozy popsicles and beer slushies will be the name of the game as well as Goose Island on tap (3 beers per ticket) and some refreshing cocktails at reduced prices including the Watermelon Spritz, Gin & Tonic and a Yankee Mule from head bartenders Masa Urushido and Maxime Belfand.
- Entertainment: Think adult summer camp – beer pong tourney and Twister. There will also be a live DJ as well as a raffle to win Saxon-themed prizes.
