Our annual oyster-housing celebration is back, and this year is shaping up to be the most delicious yet. Last year, we brought in more than a dozen NY oyster farmers, and we’re shooting for even more this year so you can shoot even more raw oysters all afternoon. Plus, we’re bringing in some of the city’s top chefs to spin their take on the mollusks.
