Last week Cantina Rooftop in Hell’s Kitchen hosted a private holiday celebration with renowned Chef Rick Bayless in collaboration with Modelo Negra. Chef Bayless, who recently released his book, More Mexican Every Day, demonstrated three different recipes featuring Modelo Negra.
Guests enjoyed Grilled Duck Breasts with Mole Colorado, Tacos of Garlicky Mexican Greens and the Modelo Negra Chocolate Float.
They also enjoyed drinks crafted by Cantina Rooftop’s in-house mixologist, Nelson Lemus, while Executive Chef Gonzalo Colin and his team were on hand to help Chef Bayless with the preparation of the meal.
At the end of the event everyone walked away with signed copies of Bayless’ new cookbook. What a treat!
