Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP)‘s annual benefit taking place on Wednesday March 8th from 5:45 – 9:00pm at Pier Sixty at Chelsea Piers.
Michael Anthony, Executive Chef of Gramercy Tavern, Untitled, and Studio Café at the Whitney, will receive the C-CAP Honors Award, which is granted to individuals in the culinary industry for exceptional leadership and achievements.
The event will feature tastings prepared by Anthony and C-CAP Board Co-Chair Marcus Samuelsson as well as over 30 other chefs including: Daniel Boloud, Missy Robbins, Carla Hall, Leah Cohen of Pig & Khao, Daniel Eddy of Rebelle, Carmen Quagliata of Union Square Café, and more.
The event is open to the public with tickets for general admission for $600, VIP tickets for $800 and $1,000. For tickets visit www.ccapinc.org.
