Kick off the summer with Rosé & Rooftops!

On Monday, June 19, the Junior Board of Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP) will offer guests a special happy hour experience at an exclusive West Village Duplex Loft and Private Roof Deck featuring a sampling of light bites from C-CAP Alumni Chefs paired with Estate Rosé from the East End’s Wölffer Estate Vineyard and select cocktails featuring Tito’s Vodka.

Featured C-CAP Alumni who are working in New York’s top restaurants will include Executive Chef Swainson Brown, The Writing Room; Pastry Chef Stephanie Grajales, The Ritz Carlton Central Park South; Chef Zinyusile Khumbula, Mzansi Eats; and Baker Patrice Vassell of Cut by Wolfgang Puck.

Guests will also have the chance to buy raffle tickets to win exciting prizes.

The C-CAP Junior Board is a dynamic group of young professionals who promote C-CAP’s fundraising efforts and help raise its visibility in the community.
