Make rainbow dumplings alongside Top Chef alum Chef Frances Tariga in honor of Pride! Choose from chicken, seafood and vegan filling and let Chef Frances walk you through the process of making multicolored, juice-dyed dumplings at this cult-followed Japanese restaurant. MEGU will also be donating a portion of the proceeds to The Center, supporting the LGBT community.

Food & Drink: Enjoy passed hors d’oeuvres while the class is getting starting and taste your way through different dumplings you’ll make, all while enjoying a selection of beer, wine and sake.
