The Yard, a co-working space with locations in New York and other major US cities, is more than just a place for established businesses to set-up shop. It is where community and culture is created to inspire success. The Yard’s art programinteractive community events and newly established Wellness Program sets The Yard apart from other workspaces.

The new quarterly wellness event series named BE WELL focuses on improving the members’ minds and bodies by bringing in partners from the health and wellness fields, local experts, brands and other organizations for open dialogue and education. The first event was headed up by The Yard’s Operations Manager Gabriella Truglio where her experience as a Health Coach and her own practice called TRU HAUS helped bring the topic of wellness to life. The evening consisted of meditation, education and health brands showcasing their best products.

A wellness marketplace was spread throughout The Yard’s expansive building and included representatives from burgeoning brands such as Vital ProteinsModestine TeaSoozy’sLavidoMowellensOllie’s FizziesTemple TurmericEven Keel Soap,  Virtue LabsJuice Society and Virtue Labs to major brands like Equinox and SoulCycle.
