On a windy Tuesday night in New York City VIP guests braved the elements to attend the grand debut of the newly remodeled Petrossian Boutique & Café. The French caviar Boutique that offers those who appreciate French sophistication and savoir faire raised their glasses of champagne, courtesy of La Caravelle, and toasted the new chic, modern, design. Rare caviar, Sliced Foie Gras, and Hand-Sliced Smoked Salmon was displayed behind tempered glass like jewls in a high end jewlry store.



Petrossian started from humble beginings. In 1920, brothers Melkoum and Mouchegh Petrossian brought their caviar to Paris and since then the world has never been the same. The two brothers started with a single boutique and used time-honored traditions to perfect the art of delivering the best quality caviar. Today the name Petrossian has become synonymous with taste and sophistication, around the world. Nearly a century later, Petrossian remains a family company, dedicated to their caviar and to creating unforgettable culinary experiences through their restaurants and boutiques.
