I recently attended the 6th Annual Fashion For Paws Runway event in Washington, D.C. The annual event, hosted by E! News Ashlan Gorse raised  nearly $700,000, and over $2.2 million over the last 6 years! Sara Nielsen, Michelle Benaim, Dr. Ashley Hughes and Tommy McFly co-chaired D.C.’s biggest fashion event. Marie Osmond, Honorary Chairwomen, adopted a dog named George before kicking off the festivities. Before the show, guests and sponsors dined on delicious finger food from Design Cuisine.

I had so much fun attending this event! I was impressed with the runway show and happy to have caught up with my fellow glambassador, Jen Richer.

The Washington Humane Society (WHS), the only Congressional-chartered animal welfare agency in the United States, has been the area’s leading voice for animals since 1870. As the only open-access shelter in the Nation’s Captial, WHS provides comfort and care to nearly 30,000 animals each year though its broad range of programs and services including sheltering, adoption, spay and neuter, CatNiPP, humane law enforcement, lost and found, human-animal therapy programs and humane education.
