Last week, Coldplay took the stage at the American Museum of Natural History at the 2011 Museum Gala.  Each year, the gala is the museum’s biggest fundraising event where all proceeds help to support the Museum’s educational and scientific programming.

Brian Williams took a break from the Nightly News to host the event.  A slew of current and former SNL cast members were there, including Tina Fey, Jimmy Fallon, Seth Meyers, Bill Hader, Abby Elliott, Jason Sudeikis, Vanessa Bayer, Fred Armisen, Jane Krakowski, Lorne Michaels, Nasim Pedrad, Kristen Wiig, Paul Brittain, Jay Pharoah, and Taran Killam.

SNL-related people and noteables include Alec Baldwin, Steve Martin, Jeff Richmond, Jane Krakowski, Jack McBrayer, Emma Stone, Ariana Huffington, and Blythe Danner,

There was said to be over 600 people in attendance to pack the Milstein Hall of Ocean Life.  We’re sad to have missed out, but still revel in the glory of it all!
