The Beer, Bourbon & BBQ Festival was such a hit last year that they’ve returned to New York for their second annual bash!!

This pork fest is going down on Saturday, January 29th, and you can select from two different sessions:  the first focuses on bacon for those true die-hard bacon lovers, and the second you’ll get the “whole hog” experience.  Read on below for all the mouth-watering details

TWO SESSIONS

SESSION 1: The Bacon Bash Session
Noon – 4pm

SESSION 2: The Whole Hog Session
5:30pm – 9:30pm

It’s a great day of beer sippin’, bourbon tastin’, music listenin’, cigar smokin’, and barbeque eatin’. Your admission buys you a sampling glass so you can enjoy an ALL-YOU-CARE –TO-TASTE sampling of beer and bourbon.

Last year our guests SOLD OUT our inaugural year – this year plans to be bigger and better than ever.  Join us as we bring our down-home, Southern-fried, good time to NYC.  Get ready to enjoy all those pleasures that true Southerners live by – Beer, Bourbon, Barbeque, Bacon, and Bluegrass! Both Sessions Enjoy The Following:

In addition, to these tastings, guests are invited to purchase more of their BBQ favorites – pulled pork from whole hogs, ribs, briskets and any fixin’ you could imagine.  We’ll keep the portions heavy and the prices low.

  • Listen To Live Bluegrass on The Main Stage
  • Browse brewerania, Hot sauces, bbq accessories, and even a heated cigar  tent for all guests

SESSION ONE: The Bacon Bash Session
In addition to the all of the features above, if you are a lover of the pork belly….join us for the first session.  This session will feature an additional 10+ Tasting Stations featuring gourmet bacons from all over the country and local NYC restaurants serving up their favorite BACON DISHES – in other markets we’ve featured bacon wrapped shrimp, bacon chili, the Bacon Explosion, bacon quesadillas, and so much more.  As the show nears we will list our restaurant participants and their dishes.  There will be a bacon eating contest and special bacon seminars.  Can you say “I Love Bourbon Flavored Bacon.”

SESSION TWO:  The Whole Hog Session
If you can’t get enough pulled pork, join us for the second session.  This session will feature 4 different Pit Masters serving you pulled pork straight from the hog itself! Your admission includes a pulled pork dinner plate with all the fixin’s from your choice of Pitmaster.  You will also enjoy special seminars on grilling and smoking meats and a bbq bean eating contest. Squeal like a pig!!!!!!!

THE GRAND POOBAH TASTING SESSION:  LIMITED TO 100 PEOPLE
These limited tickets will allow guests to partake in both sessions. In addition to both sessions (if you can truly handle eight hours of pure liver and artery distruction) these guests will partake in a special seminar taking place from 4pm – 5:15pm.  This seminar is hosted by Festival Founder, Greg Nivens and Special Guests – our Master Distillers and Pit Masters.  All three show features will be covered: Beer Tasting, Bourbon Tasting and BBQ Tasting.  We wish we could do this for everyone but participation is very limited.

SESSION 1:  THE  BACON BASH SESSION   –   NOON – 4PM
TICKETS ARE $85

Valid from Noon-4pm. Includes admission into the event, a souvenir tasting glass, unlimited samplings of beer and bourbon, food tastings outlined above and  bacon sampling.

SESSION 2: THE WHOLE HOG SESSION:     5:30PM – 9:30PM
TICKETS ARE $85

Valid from 5:30pm – 9:30pm. Includes admission into the event, a souvenir tasting glass, unlimited samplings of beer and bourbon, food tastings outlined above and a pulled pork bbq dinner plate with fixin’s.

All guests must be 21 or over to attend this event.

** All Drink Items on the Drink Menu are subject to change and some brands and styles of beer and / or bourbon run out before others.  Your ticket does not guarantee that you will taste any certain product on the list. The earlier you are at the show, the better chance you have of tasting every different product.
