Last week Benjamin Moore, North America’s favorite paint, color and coatings brand, revealed its Color of the Year 2020″ as First Light 2102-70 – a “soft, rosy hue blooming with potential.” The big reveal took place at Skylight Modern.
With a new decade on the horizon, the industry leader took a fresh approach to mark this milestone that both embraces and transcends color to re-examine the concept of the home as we know it.
The vision for the Color of the Year 2020 and Color Trends 2020 palette came to life in a series of stunning vignettes showcasing how the hues reflect a new definition of the home.
The Benjamin Moore Color of the Year reveal event has become an industry staple over the years, drawing in 500 top designers and influencers. This year’s event features guests including Barbara Kavovit, Anthony Carrino, Rebecca Atwood, Jamie Drake, Libby Langdon, Pamela Tick, Benjamin Moore CEO Dan Calkins, Benjamin Moore Director of Color Marketing & Development Andrea Magno, Drew McGukin, Phillip Thomas, Roric Tobin, Madeline Holloway, Jim Druckman, Stephanie Gottlieb, Kate Rumson, Will Taylor, Michael Boodro, and many more.
