Housed in the preserved cellar level of the turn-of-the-century historic Graham Court Building, which once served as stables for Manhattan’s elite, THE UNINVITED: AWAKENING combines theatrical storytelling, epic scenic design, and scream-inducing, state-of-the-art special effects to create a 25,000 square foot, 30-minute self-guided exploration through the twisted and cracked halls of Purgatory, featuring a cast of 45 terrifying actors and stunt performers.

Created by veteran producer and haunt designer Dalton M. Dale, this marks his largest production to date. Dale is renowned for designing several commercial haunted attractions in NYC including The Jekyll & Hyde Club, Times Scare, and Nightmare New York, as well as eight of the industry’s top haunts across the country.

My girlfriend and I and a small group of our fearless friends from our NYC GRINDHOUSE Meetup group barely survived the experience. As horror enthusiasts who have visited most of the haunted attractions offered in and around NYC, this season we can honestly say that this is the most unique experience we’ve gone through. It’s even better if you get involved in the role play yourself. Be fun and creative and the actors will surely play off that during your haunt, at least they did with us.
