Delmonico’s & Antoine’s Restaurant Fundraiser

As part of New Orleans culinary landmark Antoine’s 175th Anniversary celebration, America’s first restaurant Delmonico’s will host a special ticketed cocktail reception on April 1, 2015 to benefit the American Red Cross and its disaster relief efforts.

The tasting event will feature a live New Orleans jazz trio and a wide array of culinary delights from both Executive Chef Michael Regua of Antoine’s and Executive Chef Billy Oliva of Delmonico’s. Enjoy classic hors d’oeuvres and stations of award-winning menu items along with hand selected wines, beers and cocktails.Attendees will be able to meet and mingle with both restaurants’ chefs and family owners.

This event is cocktail attire.

The fundraiser is part of a weeklong Antoine’s celebration in partnership with Delmonico’s. The traditional French Creole establishment is celebrating 175 years of continuous operation this year.  To mark the occassion, they will hold court at the renowned Delmonico’s from March 30th – April 3rd, with a special menu of signature dishes from both restaurants available all week long.

Later this year, over the weekend of October 3rd – 5th, Antoine’s will reciprocate Delmonico’s hospitality by bringing Chef Oliva to New Orleans for continued anniversary celebrations.  Revelries include a French Quarter block party, an Alciatore family reunion, and another fundraiser for the American Red Cross. Antoine’s will also offer a selection of Delmonico’s classics on its menu for those celebrations.
