10th Annual Edible Good Spirits

Edible Manhattan will celebrate the Tenth Annual Good Spirits, a cocktail pairing event, at The Bowery Hotel on Friday, March 22 from 6 to 9 p.m.

The wildly popular event will again showcase cocktails prepared by many talented mixologists from celebrated local, national and international brands, to be sipped alongside top-notch tastes from some of New York City’s most acclaimed chefs and food artisans.

This year, Edible is showcasing innovation and technology in the spirit world. The evening will feature presentations on how the entire drink industry is transforming with technology playing a role in distilling, delivering, creating, paying and consuming.

Early bird tickets cost $65 per person and are available until Friday, March 21. Day-of admission costs $85 per person. Tickets can be purchased at https://bit.ly/2StnAJw. Guests must be 21 or older and must provide a valid government ID for entry.

Participating vendors, subject to change, include: Brooklyn Food & Beverage, Bulleit Bourbon Fronteir Whiskey, Finger Lakes Distilling, Green Mountain Energy, Ketel One Vodka, Les Trois Petits Cochons, NOLET’S Gin, Orwashers Bakery, and Zacapa Rum.
