This year, ACS is recognizing Chef Honoree Dale Talde (Top Chef, TALDE, Pork Slope, Carrino Provisions), who tragically lost his grandmother to a battle with breast cancer, and Survivor Honoree Stacy Fischer-Rosenthal (Fischer Travel Enterprises) for her dedication to cancer awareness and research following a personal bout with breast cancer in 2001.

The walk-around tasting and silent auction takes place on Thursday, April 30th at Metropolitan West (639 West 46th St.), with proceeds to benefit American Cancer Society’s life-saving research and services for those affected by cancer and their families.
