In the spirit of celebrating European wines, 2-Michelin Starred restaurant Gabriel Kreuther will be hosting “A Night in Burgund
Head sommelier Philippe Sauriat has invited his friends, a collection of winemakers from historic vineyards in France’s Bourgogne region, to guide attendees through an evening of 5-courses paired with their choice wines.
The evening’s guest vintners include the Domaine’s of Dominique Gruhier, Michel Lafarge, Parent Pommard, Dominique Gallois, and Château de la Maltroye. Event seating will be communal for optimal engagement with the sommeliers. Tickets are $395 per person (not including tax & gratuity) and tickets are available for purchase via TOCK.

Red Apple Consommé en Gelee
Walnuts, celery root, foie gras, and country pate terrine
Red Wine Risotto “Oeufs en Meurette”
Confit egg yolk, herbs de Provence fondue
Aged Long Island Duck Breast “coq au vin”
Pearl onion marmalade, sweet potato, and red wine jus
