On Thursday, May 2, the New York City Ballet will host its 2019 Spring Gala under newly appointed Artistic Director Jonathan Stafford and Associate Artistic Director Wendy Whelan. The Spring Gala program will feature world premieres works by choreographer Pam Tanowitz (marking her first-ever work for NYCB) and by Resident Choreographer Justin Peck, as well as a performance of George Balanchine’s Tschaikovsky Suite No. 3.
