Taste Signature bites from Rosa and each guest chef. Toast with margaritas and select wines, beers and spirits.A ll proceeds from the event will be donated to The Orphaned Starfish Foundation.

The Orphaned Starfish Foundation creates lasting change in the lives of Orphans throughout Latin America, Caribbean and Africa by helping them develop vocational skills. Rosa Mexicano has partnered with the Orphaned Starfish Foundation to develop a program for aspring Chefs and Restaurateurs.
