Seaport Fit is partnering with Social Tees Animal Rescue to get fit for a cause! Social Tees Animal Rescue is a not-¬for-profit, strictly no-¬kill 501c3 organization in the East Village of NYC that takes abandoned animals from kill shelters and provides them with safe haven and veterinary care before placing them in proper forever homes.

The bootcamp class will be hosted by Timithius, a NYC based personal trainer on the rooftop at Pier 17. Timithius is a Marine Corps Vet, that is a certified personal trainer and group instructor. He teaches innovative classes that focus on weight lifting as well as HIIT and cardio. Check out his workouts on his Instagram @timithius_. The class will include exercises such as bodyweight movements, high knees, burpees, push-ups, jump squats and more. Following the workout, all participants will receive a swag bag including a gift card from Modell’s Sporting Goods and more!
