STK Rooftop held a party on the 4th of July similar to their weekend Rooftop Brunches. One main difference was the staff being adorned with American flag scarves worn in different ways like intertwined in braids, as an arm cuff and even as a top!

The space was decorated with the usual string lights, but with added mini pools to make it more of a summertime soiree. A similarity was the music flowing through the venue and the boozy snow cones like our favorite watermelon flavor. The weather was hot so STK Rooftop specialties like the sangria aka the “Rooftop Punch,” were great cocktails to help keep the temperature down.
