It may be easy to pass the Room Mate Grace Hotel. The hotel falls on a busy street in the Times Square area that happens to have a lot of construction happening on it at the moment. But, you should take note of it for at least this reason, D.I.P Aquabar + Lounge.

D.I.P Aquabar + Lounge is a multi-level lounge and aqua bar with an indoor heated pool. They are host to the only swim up bar in NYC and the only pool that is open 365 days a year.

The space has been featured on the Travel Channel, NY Magazine, and most recently ranked in Details Magazine as one of the “5 Swankiest Hotel Pools in New York,” and once you step in the space, it is clear to see why.

The venue has a capacity of 220 with the lounge and VIP area both able to accommodate 75 people respectively.  The space can be rented out for birthday, holiday, or corporate parties.

For those that want to have a party without making it exclusive, the fee is $40 a person to use the facilities, or you can come during one of their party nights, where a guest list mention may just get you in the door for free!
