On Saturday May 2, 2015 philanthropists gathered at the Fairmont Copley Plaza hotel in Boston to raise funds for the Italian Home for Children at their City Lights Gala.
The Italian Home provides progressive and therapeutic programs to help children, adults, and families with emotional, behavioral, and educational special needs to thrive in their communities.
Guests enjoyed cocktails and a sumptuous three course dinner throughout the evenings program which honored Sister Margaret Yennock, MFIC for her outreach work with the organization. Both a silent and live auction helped raise crucial funds, and guests enjoyed a candy bar and novel photo booth from Light Painting Portraits.
The live band was really great, but things on the dance floor really heated up after the Emerging Leaders Society of young professionals supporting the organization at the City Lights After Dark party next door took the dance floor by storm.
Happy Lighting,
Jenicka
