For one night only the newest, and very exciting offspring of Brooklyn Brewery crossed the Atlantic to come to New York City for a delicious collaboration between two very talented brewery chefs.

The NORTH Pop Up for was an exciting dinner where the food pairs with the most unique and celebrated craft beer made by NYC’s Brooklyn Brewery.

The Noth Festival is the largest Nordic Food Festival in the United States, and showcases amazing Nordic chefs, producers, and flavors during their annual event. The festival takes place on both the east west coast. Chefs and cooking classes pop up in Los Angeles throughout the year at Austere DTLA  in Downtown LA. And, in NYC at the Nya Carnegiebryggeriet restaurant headed up by Chef Billy White.

Guests joined Chef White and Brooklyn Brewery Chef Andrew Gerson as they created a one of a kind menu for the first time ever in the US. Nordic gastronomy met with delicious craft beer from the Stockholm brewery! It was absolutely delicious.
