Rebecca Taylor presented her Fall 2010 Collection with a variation of animalistic themes: fur, animal prints, and feathers. Natural earth tones and dark colors made up the first portion of the runway, where she then graduated to incorporating more liveliness – dark blue in prints and a dusty teal.
It’s all about layering for the fall to keep warm, so there are vests over sweaters over blouses, shirts over tunics and dresses, and those awesome thigh-high gray boots to keep your legs warm. Dimension is added further with mixing different textures together: a loosely knit sweater over tweed pants, cotton with chiffon, and fur with leather.
(Can I have those boots?)
