Melissa “Mellie” Davis started Fat Apple NYC when she realized that there was a serious lack of fashion blogging for the plus-size woman. In the last two years, she has now become an Internet sensation, and what better way to celebrate the blogiversary than to throw a party?!

Hosted in a fabulous Hell’s Kitchen loft supplied by Roomarama. The furnished apartment made us ladies feel like we were having a girls’ night in, gossiping about fashion, blogs, and the occasional celebrity gossip, while we munched on cupcakes from Tonnie’s Minis and checked out the fabulous hand-painted bags on display, created by designer Marla Cielo.

As guests called it an evening, they left with a tote full of goodies – an acrylic nail set, nail polish, sunglasses and Roots of Nature hair product. We can’t wait to see what year three will bring!
