The Society of Memorial Sloan Kettering held their 26th annual Bunny Hop on Tuesday, March 7, 2016 at the landmark 583 Park Avenue event space.  Hosted by co-chairs Mary Carlisle Gambill, Anna Kennedy Safir, and Sara Gilbane Sullivan, the afternoon raised funds for the Department of Pediatrics at MSK’s Cancer Center.

Honorary chair, Drew Barrymore arrived with her darling three year old daughter Frankie Barrymore Kopelman in tow and enjoyed an afternoon of spring celebrating.

There was no shortage of fun activities for kids, included a live petting zoo with bunny rabbits, cupcake & doughnut decorating, craft stations, face painters, balloon artists and basketball hoop sports zone.  A special performance by Gazillion Bubble Show wowed the kids and adults alike.

Grownups also enjoyed a DJ, open bar and glamourous photo booths provided by Bonpoint, the event’s sponsor and premium children’s wear brand from Paris.

The Society of MSK hosts several events per year to raise awareness and funds for MSK’s Pediatric Cancer Center, and the annual Bunny Hop is their signature event.  Proceeds support programs to enhance patient care experience, promote public education on cancer, and further their biomedical research.
