Last week, Heineken and Tsovet celebrated the launch of their exclusive watch with a private event hosted by Va$htie Kola and Mel D. Cole at Soho House in NYC’s Meatpacking District.

Affectionately known as “Downtown’s Sweetheart,” Va$htie is an artist, fashion designer, director and overallvisionary known for bridging the gap between the underground and mainstreamscenes. Photographer Mel D. Cole has shot for publications such as Vibe, URB, and ID. He is currently the “ house photographer” for the Roots Crew.

The Heineken Tsovet watch’s body sports a sleek brushed metal finish, an all black watch face and green details for the numbers and the watch hands. On the face of this special edition timepiece, is Heineken’s signature red star in the 12 position and debussed on the all-leather band. The watch, which is a special edition version of Tsovet’s SVT_FW44 model, commands a retail price of $350.00.

Tsovet was launched in July 2008 by David Bonaventure and is committed to a unique philosophy in watch design andmanufacture. Tsovet is dedicated to building an authentic brand that connectsemotionally to consumers.

The Heineken-branded Tsovet watch is the fifth Heineken 100 collaborative product. Previous limited products include tote bags with designers Dee and Ricky, and Complex Magazine; t-shirts with Union LA; fitted caps with New Era; and headphones with Aerial7.
