Jason+Derulo+Headlines+VH1+Save+Music+Foundation+kKEJZnzNBq-lMulti-platinum superstar Jason Derulo released his fourth studio album, Everything is 4, last month, and on Saturday August 8th he headlined VH1 Save The Music Foundation Hamptons Live Benefit. The Foundation’s Hamptons Benefit returned for its second year for an evening of entertainment that acknowledged the importance of music in the schools.

Each year, the benefit brings together Foundation supporters and taste-makers who are advocates of music as an important part of a comprehensive education. “Music education played an important role throughout my childhood and is something that remains very close to my heart,” said Derulo. “I’m honored for the opportunity to team with VH1 Save The Music Foundation this summer in support of a cause that’s so dear to me. Come out and join us in the Hamptons!”



Joining Derulo to round out the night’s musical entertainment wete DJs Hannah Bronfman and Brendan Fallis. Guests included: Bobby Flay, Ramona Singer, Selenis Leyva, Paige Reifler, Stacey Eisner, Alicia Goldstein, Stephanie Hirsch, Fran Lebovitz, and Gigi Stone Woods.


The VH1 Save The Music Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to restoring instrumentalmusic education in America’s public schools, and raising awareness about the importance of music as part of each child’s complete education. Since 1997, the Foundation has provided nearly $51 Million in new musical instruments to almost 1,900 public schools in more than 192 districts around the country, impacting the lives of over 2.3 million children.
